One of my favorite blogs, A Cup of Jo is featuring Nutella recipes all month long. Each recipe has looked even yummier than the one posted the week before…but when I saw their newest post, a four ingredient Nutella brownie, I knew that we needed to try it 🙂
You can find their original recipe for a four ingredient Nutella brownie here. I am not a fan of nuts though….although I will admit I have been dabbling recently in cashews…so I removed nuts from the recipe, leaving us with a three ingredient list. (1 cup Nutella, 2 eggs, and 1 cup flour).
Preheat the oven to 350 F, prepare your muffin tin the way you like (I prefer to use paper muffin cups…makes clean up so easy!), mix together the Nutella and eggs, and finally add the flour. Done! Bake 8-12 minutes (although I always lean towards the 8 minutes rather than the 12). They are sooo good!
For the actual dinner that night, Brett made a fantastic skillet lasagna. More on that later this week! 🙂 (Eep! Teasers!)
